APT® XP pipework provides a highly flexible pipework solution that makes installation simple and easy in any weather condition or site configuration. XP pipework can be used in both pressure and suction applications, and is ideal for underground service station fuel delivery systems. The XP pipework system features controlled flexibility, even in low temperatures, permitting fast, easy installation.

Double wall XP pipe features a premium multi-layer construction designed to provide double wall protection and give the pipe enhanced strength.

XP pipe is ideal for underground service station fuel delivery systems, in any climate, and used in both pressure and suction applications. XP pipe is compatible for remote feed and fill for heaters, boilers, and emergency generators and is UL 971 listed.

NO STRESS OR MEMORY

APT® XP pipe is available in straight sticks to facilitate faster installation between dispenser sumps, with no stress or memory from a coiled reel. Available in 13/4" and 2" diameters, each stick comes in a convenient 28ft or 33ft length, minimizing the need for cutting on site. Each stick pipe is individually factory pressure tested to ensure there are no quality issues at the site.

WATERTIGHT ENTRIES

XP stick pipe ensures a 90°, watertight entry into both round or flat fiberglass and polyethylene containment sumps.

XP stick pipe comes packaged in wheeled crates to ensure proper protection, easy handling in transit, and reducing exposure to the elements once at the site. Each crate contains 15 sticks for easy transportation and storage.

APT® XP pipe fittings come in a variety of options for making easy end connections with the flexible pipework system.

FAST & ACCURATE

Rigid entry boots require only a single 5" entry hole for installation, eliminating the time-consuming process of drilling multiple holes as well as the templates they require.

Rigid entry boots are suitable for use on flat and round sump surfaces with models available for both ducted and non-ducted applications.

The interior ridges of the boot guide XP pipe into place to ensure a concentric, 90° perpendicular entry into the containment sump.

1. SINGLE WALL RIGID ENTRY BOOT

APT® ducted and non-ducted rigid entry boots allow you to connect XP double wall flexible pipe to single wall containment sumps with an unsurpassed level of installation ease, while also completely removing exposed rubber from the connection.

2. SPLIT TEST BOOT 

APT® split test boots are designed to make the integrity testing of secondary contained XP flexible coil or stick piping simple and easy. For use on both new or existing sites, these boots feature a hinged design that allows you to clamp the boot down over the pipe after it has been installed.

3. STAINLESS STEEL TEE & ELBOW

The XP pipe clamshell tee and elbow fittings allow for an easy space-saving installation by enabling an installer to connect flexible pipe directly into a shear valve riser. This eliminates the need for extra galvanized fittings. By eliminating the galvanized fittings, you reduce potential leak points.

4. APT® XP STICK PIPE

APT® XP pipe is available in straight sticks to facilitate faster installation between dispenser sumps. Available in 13/4" and 2" diameters, each stick comes in a convenient 33 ft length, and is individually factory pressure tested to ensure quality.
